Why the agile mindset matters

Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) are drivers in today's business world. To perform amid this accelerated change the digitalization progress, organizations implementing agility. However, such an implementation does not happen without stumbling blocks some fail. One reason for is actors’ agile mindset (AM), which necessary to deal succefully within a VUCA environment. Knowledge of AM its infancy conceptualization measuring tools it lacking. Furthermore, relation terms strategic agility performance still unclear. Our study aims close these gaps. We examine through 15 interviews survey (N = 449) predict performance.
